Camp Lejeune Personal Injury Attorney
Camp Lejeune is a Marine base located in North Carolina. It has been active since 1941, and, unfortunately, has become the center of controversy and misery. For decades, base officials created a hazardous environment for workers and their families. Only now can people seek justice.
The Biden administration has made several attempts to allow people to seek compensation from Camp Lejeune. The proposal bounced around through several different bills and incarnations. Finally, the White House passed the Honoring Our Pact Act of 2022. This law gives people the chance to receive damages for the injuries the Camp created.
Our firm is accepting clients who have been injured by Camp Lejeune’s toxic contamination. For three decades, we have helped people seek financial justice. We have the skills to investigate your claim and prove that you deserve restitution.

Camp Lejeune’s History of Negligence
Between 1953 and 1987, the base has been consistently guilty of exposing its workers to toxic chemicals. The water at the Camp consistently exceeded allowable toxin levels by anywhere from 240 to 3,400 times.
During World War II, the base began dumping its toxic waste, including chemical degreasers, into its water supply. On-site workers used this water in showers, cafeterias, and so on. Even worse, the toxicity spread to the surrounding areas. Workers’ families were also exposed, as were some who had no association with the military camp.
Even worse, there is a clear record of Camp Lejeune openly refusing to fix the problem. The camp was found guilty of dumping solvents near the water supply in 1974, despite an order that specifically forbade this behavior. Similarly, in the 1980’s, the base followed an order to shut off its contaminated wells. Eventually, however, it switched them back on, blatantly breaking the law. For the next two decades, the government hid this information from the public.
