As a paralegal with over 30 years of experience, Debbie is motivated to help people who have been injured because she believes in the power of justice and the importance of helping others in their time of need. She has seen firsthand the impact that injuries can have on individuals and their families, and she understands that it’s not just about the physical pain but also the emotional trauma and financial burden that comes with it.

Debbie is inspired by the resilience of her clients and their determination to seek justice. Her role allows her to guide clients through the challenging process of seeking fair compensation, providing support and expertise to ensure they receive the compensation they deserve. The opportunity to make a tangible difference in someone’s life is what drives her every day.

Debbie Puts in the Legwork to Ensure a Successful Personal Injury Claim

In her role as a paralegal, Debbie drafts pleadings and discovery, summarizes medical records, prepares demand letters and mediation statements, schedules depositions and mediations, corresponds and communicates with opposing counsel and/or insurance adjusters, and much more. For her, a great day at work is completing a client’s medical summary and timeline and then preparing a demand package. This is the work that goes into determining what a claim is worth and presenting the evidence to the insurance company or opposing council to get them to pay what the client deserves.
